Support FAQs
Can't find what you need? Submit a Support Ticket and our team will jump in.
Please leave all core, theme, and plugin updates to us.
Before applying updates, we perform a full backup, test for compatibility, and log the exact version changes so we can immediately roll back if a conflict occurs. If you update plugins manually from your dashboard, we lose that version tracking and test verification. Large updates (such as WooCommerce or major builder releases) are isolated and tested separately for quality control.
Test your URL at DownForEveryoneOrJustMe.com.
If it’s only down for you, clear your browser cache/cookies or test on another network/device.
If the site is down for everyone, submit an urgent support ticket. (Our 24/7 uptime monitors usually alert us instantly, but submitting a ticket ensures immediate escalation.)
(Note: Common causes include expired domain/hosting renewals or temporary host server maintenance.)
Do not click any links or reply to the email. Many "compromised site" emails are phishing scams or automated scare tactics.
Submit a support ticket with the details so we can investigate.
We will run server and malware scans to verify whether there is an actual breach. If a compromise occurred, we will isolate the issue, restore a clean backup, and coordinate security hardening.
Unoptimized Images: Uploading massive raw camera files slows down load times significantly. Always resize images to display dimensions and compress them (or convert to modern WebP formats) before uploading.
External Embeds & Scripts: Third-party widgets, tracking pixels, and external media rely on other servers. If an external service is slow, it slows down your site.
Heavy Plugins: Excess or poorly coded plugins add database bloat.
Need a speed boost? Submit a ticket and we can run a performance audit on your caching and assets.
Simply Submit a Ticket form. Providing exact URLs, text copy, and screenshot attachments helps us turn your request around quickly.
Standard support requests are completed within 1 to 2 business days. Urgent issues (such as site outages) are prioritized immediately.
Monthly support time is dedicated to troubleshooting and resolving technical problems - such as fixing broken layouts, resolving plugin conflicts, troubleshooting form errors, or addressing unexpected site glitches. It does not cover new content creation, text/image additions, or routine page edits. For new content additions, design changes, or feature builds, we are happy to provide a separate quote.
